  • 600 ml water
  • ½ packet Knorr Classic Thick Tomato Soup
  • 25 g chopped garlic
  • 20 ml concentrated tamarind pulp
  • 20 g tomatoes cut into 4
  • 2 tbsp. of curry leaves
  • 2 tsp. coriander powder
  • 1 tsp. mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp. oil

Knorr Tomato Rasam
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. .

  2. Let it crackle. Add curry leaves, coriander powder and sauté.

  3. Add chopped garlic and sauté it further.

  4. Add the tomato and Knorr Classic Thick Tomato Soup to the mixture

  5. Add water and bring it to a boil.

  6. Cook the soup until thick in consistency.

  7. Lastly, add the concentrated tamarind pulp, and stir well.

  8. This sour and spicy soup can be served hot with boiled rice!
