  • 15 nos green chillies
  • 100 g coriander leaves
  • 30 g Jaggery
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • 50 g garlic
  • 7 g Knorr lime seasoning
  • 2 tbsp sev
  • salt to taste
  • asafoetida to taste

  1. Put all the ingredients, except oil and asafoetida in a small mixer.

  2. Heat the oil and add the asafetida. Add it to the mixer.

  3. Grind till a smooth chutney is obtained.

  4. Try using no water or as little as possible to make the chutney for storage.

  5. Add water as and when required when using.

  6. Store in a clean glass bottle.

  7. Note: Sev is a fried Indian snack made of gramflour.
