Tomato basil penne pasta

  • 100 gm penne pasta parboiled
  • 20 gm onion chopped
  • ½ packet Knorr® Easy to Cook Italian Pasta Red Sauce
  • 20 gm chopped basil leaves
  • 20 gm chopped tomatoes
  • 25 gm chopped garlic
  • 25 gm butter
  • 25 gm parmesan cheese

  1. Take little butter in a fry pan over medium-to-high heat. Add chopped garlic and sauté till the garlic is cooked add chopped onion and sauté further. Add the chopped tomato and the Knorr® Easy to Cook Italian Pasta Red Sauce. Add little water into this and bring this in boil. Cook this till it become saucy consistency.

  2. Lastly add the cooked penne pasta into this. Add chopped basil leaves and fold the sauce with pasta together. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Take it out and serve hot with parmesan cheese on top
