  • 13 ml olive oil
  • 70 g onion chopped
  • 10 g garlic clove crushed
  • 1 green capsicum cubed
  • 1 carrot cubed
  • 30 g Knorr pizza pasta sauce
  • 20 g chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 g herbs oregano
  • pinch salt freshly ground black pepper
  • 300 g boiled penne pasta
  • 25 g grated cheese

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  2. Add the garlic and onion & cook, for 1 minute or until aromatic.

  3. Add the carrot, capsicum and cook until it softens slightly.

  4. Now add knorr pizza pasta sauce and boiled pasta along with herbs and mix well.

  5. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 2minuts until the sauce reduces and thickens slightly.

  6. Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper.

  7. Add cheese on top & Serve immediately.
