Knorr Paneer Chilli

  • For Paneer Marination
  • 200 g paneer
  • ½ tbsp garlic ginger paste.
  • 1 tbsp corn starch.
  • 1 tbsp maida.
  • Salt for taste.
  • For Knorr Panner Chilli Sauce
  • 1 capsicum cut into cubes.
  • 1 onion cut into cubes.
  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onion.
  • 450ml water.
  • 1 packet of Knorr Easy To Cook Chinese Chilli.

  1. Air Fryer, Cooking Time: 10 minutes, Temperature: 200° C

  2. For Paneer Marination:

  3. In a big bowl mix garlic ginger paste, salt, corn-starch & maida.

  4. Mix all the ingredients well and then add the paneer cubes. Ensure that the paneer cubes are coated well with the mix.

  5. Grease the marinated paneer with ½ tsp oil.

  6. Pre heat the Kenstar Air fryer at 180° C for 3 minutes. Arrange the marinated paneer in the fry basket and close it properly. Keep the Air fryer at 200° C for 10 minutes. Remove when done.

  7. For Knorr Panner Chilli Sauce:

  8. On a low flame heat ½ tbsp of oil.

  9. Add the capsicum and onion. Cook for 1 minute.

  10. In a separate bowl, mix the contents of the Knorr Easy To Cook Chinese Chilli to 450 ml water. Add it to the vegetables. Stir well and cook for 3 minutes.

  11. Once the sauce is thick, add the oxy fryed paneer evenly. Cook for 1 minute so that the chilli sauce coats the paneer.

  12. Garnish with green spring onions and serve hot.
