Heat the butter in a pan. Add ginger and garlic, curry patta and fry till fragrant.
Next add the garam masala, chili powder & knorr pizza pasta sauce
fry for minutes then add the onion capsicum and stir-fry for couple of minutes.
Now add shredded paratha/ rotis and stir.
Add some pepper and salt to taste. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves & serve hot
Note : add chicken or eggs for nonveg kottu roti
