  • 3 roti shredded
  • 1 green capsicum slice
  • 6 leaves curry patta
  • 2 tbsp spring onion slices
  • 5 g chopped ginger
  • 5 g chopped garlic
  • 2 g chilli powder
  • 25 g Knorr pizza pasta sauce
  • 10 g garam masala
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. Heat the butter in a pan. Add ginger and garlic, curry patta and fry till fragrant.

  2. Next add the garam masala, chili powder & knorr pizza pasta sauce

  3. fry for minutes then add the onion capsicum and stir-fry for couple of minutes.

  4. Now add shredded paratha/ rotis and stir.

  5. Add some pepper and salt to taste. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves & serve hot

  6. Note : add chicken or eggs for nonveg kottu roti
