Marinate the chicken with chili powder & turmeric for 30 mins.

Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves.

Add Grounded spice mix (Ginger, garlic, fennel, pepper paste) and cook for 3 min on medium flame.

Add sliced onions and cook till translucent.

For authentic Kerala flavor, Add baby onions and cook till golden brown color.

Add green chili and cook for two min.

Add dry spice powder and cook for 3-4 min on low flame.

Add marinated chicken & water. Cook on medium flame for 20 mins.

Press and add one Knorr Chicken Cube and mix well until it dissolves completely. Cover and cook for 2 mins on low flame.
