  • 275 gram boneless chicken
  • 0.35 gram turmeric
  • 1.5 gram MDH kashmiri chilli powder
  • 270 ml water for cooking
  • 747 gram yield
  • 16 gram garlic paste
  • 9 gram ginger paste
  • 1.5 gram fennel seeds
  • 10 ml water for grinding
  • 1.5 gram black pepper
  • 50 ml sunflower oil
  • 2.8 gram curry patta
  • 30 gram baby onions
  • 125 gram sliced onions
  • 6 gram slit green chillies
  • 60 gram chopped tomatoes
  • 5 gram coriander powder
  • 0.35 gram turmeric powder
  • 2 gram MDH kashmiri chilli powder
  • 2.8 gram MDH garam masala

  1. Marinate the chicken with chili powder & turmeric for 30 mins.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves.

  3. Add Grounded spice mix (Ginger, garlic, fennel, pepper paste) and cook for 3 min on medium flame.

  4. Add sliced onions and cook till translucent.

  5. For authentic Kerala flavor, Add baby onions and cook till golden brown color.

  6. Add green chili and cook for two min.

  7. Add dry spice powder and cook for 3-4 min on low flame.

  8. Add marinated chicken & water. Cook on medium flame for 20 mins.

  9. Press and add one Knorr Chicken Cube and mix well until it dissolves completely. Cover and cook for 2 mins on low flame.

  10. Serve Hot!
