  • 5 g chopped coriander
  • 50 g KNORR TOMATO MAKHANI BASE SAUCE
  • 180 g boneless chicken dices (marinated in basic masalas)
  • 50 g KNORR ONION TOMATO (KADHAI) BASE SAUCE
  • 10 ml cooking oil
  • 2 g jeera whole
  • 20 g onion dices
  • 20 g green capsicum dices
  • 2 g red chilli powder
  • 2 g garam masala
  • 5 g crushed peppercorn
  • 2 g black pepper powder
  • salt
  • 20 g butter
  • 60 ml fresh cream

Murgh Kali Gol Mirch
  1. Take some butter and oil in pan in a pan, and start heating it.

  2. Add jeera and when it crackles

  3. Add dices of onion, capsicum and Chicken pieces which is pre-marinated with salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, pepper and chilli powder

  4. Saute the chicken till it gets properly seared from all sides, take it out of the pan and keep it aside ..

  5. In the same pan add the prepared Knorr Onion Tomato base, add, chilli powder, pepper pd, garam masala pd and sauté for 30 seconds.

  6. Add some Knorr makhani base add salt as required.

  7. Add the chicken which is seared and kept aside, stir well and allow to cook in the gravy.

  8. Finish off with butter and garnish with a crushed peppercorns and chopped coriander leaves
