  • 800 g chicken leg boneless
  • 40 g ginger and garlic paste
  • 60 g red chilli paste
  • salt to taste
  • 10 g Knorr lime seasoning
  • 300 g hung curd
  • 3 g garam masala powder
  • 30 ml oil

Murgh Tikka
  1. Cut chicken into tikka size.

  2. Then pat dry the chicken pieces with a dry duster.

  3. Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, lime juice and salt for 30 minutes.

  4. Make a marinade with the thick curd, salt, ginger garlic paste, chili paste, garam masala powder and oil.

  5. Marinate the chicken tikka.

  6. Keep aside for 3-4 hours.

  7. Cook in tandoor till done.

  8. Serve hot.
