Make a short crust pastry dough, divide in to 8 equal portions.

Line a flan tin, prick center and bake it in pre-heated oven at 205”C for 20-25 minutes.

Set aside to cool.

Blend a little cold milk with corn flour and 85 gms of sugar.

Boil remaining milk, add to blended mixture, stir well, return to fire and cook till thick.

Add Knorr Lime Seasoning

Remove from fire and cool slightly

Add beaten egg yolk and mix well, pour mixture into pastry case

Whisk egg whites stiff, fold in 15 gms of sugar Pile on top of pie

See that egg whites completely cover custard and meet edge of pastry

Bake in a slow oven until meringue is crisp and has a pale biscuit colour
