  • 1500 g half deboned chicken with the skin
  • 20 g chopped garlic
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 5 g Knorr lime seasoning mix
  • 10 g chopped coriander
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 5 g paprika powder
  • 45 ml cooking oil

  1. Mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic, lime seasoning, coriander, salt and pepper to form a marinade

  2. Rub the chicken well with this marinade and keep aside for 30 mins.

  3. Take an oven friendly pan and heat the cooking oil in it. Sear the chicken on both sides, cover with aluminium foil and put it in a preheated oven (200° C) for 10 mins or till the chicken is cooked.

  4. Serve as required
