Chop all vegetables.

Heat oil and add bay leaves, cloves, black pepper and whole red chili.

Stir cook for 15-20 seconds on low flame.

Add coriander stalk, crushed ginger, garlic and green chili and stir at medium flame for a minute.

Add veggies and stir cook at medium heat till the veggies soften.

Add Aromat seasoning in the mixture, bring to boil and reduce heat.

Simmer for 10-12 minutes.

Strain the liquid and keep aside to cool.

Heat butter in the pan on low heat and add gram flour and stir cook till it the mixture emits aroma.

Add strained liquid slowly, whisking continuously so that no lumps are formed.

Add Knorr Lime Seasoning, adjust salt and remove from heat.

Serve hot with coriander leaves as garnish.
