  • 150 ml cucumber juice
  • 7 g Knorr lime seasoning
  • 30 ml scallion juice
  • 30 ml mint juice
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1/2 tsp crushed dried chilli
  • 3 ml green tobasco sauce
  • salt to taste

  1. Combine all ingredients except salt in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. If mixture is too thick, add more cucumber juice until desired consistency is achieved.

  3. Pour into chilled collins glasses.

  4. Add salt to taste.
