Chinese dal Masala

Indo-Chinese foods are the latest craze in India and this recipe surely delivers that. It’s a simple Dal with a delicious Chinese twist.

  • 1 packet Knorr® Easy to Cook Chinese Manchurian
  • 150 gm Toor dal boiled to perfection
  • 10 g butter
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish (optional)
  • 30 gm onion chopped
  • 20 gm tomato Chopped
  • 20 gm ginger garlic fine chopped
  • 1 tsp oil

  1. Heat butter in a cooking vessel. Add the chopped ginger and garlic into this and sauté till the garlic is golden brown. Add chopped onion and sauté further. Cook till the onion turns into golden brown colour. Add Knorr® Easy to Cook Chinese Manchurian into this. Add some water and cook further. Add the cooked Toor dal. Cover and cook for 15 minutes till it thickens. Add the remaining butter into this check the seasoning. Remove in a serving dish and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and chopped spring onion.
