In a on stick pan heat oil add chopped garlic,onion and fry for 2minutes.

Reduce heat to medium. Add cube vegetables and cook, until softened, then Stir in schezwan sauce and soya suace cook for 1 minute.

Add 2 cup water add tomato ketchup and mix well

bring to boil reduce heat, cover and simmer,

add cornstarch paste(1tbsp water and corn starch mix)over the sauce

boil until thickened, about 1 minute. Sprinkle with green onions.
