  • 13 ml olive oil
  • 10 g garlic cloves chopped
  • 50 g onion chopped
  • 1 cup green bell pepper cube
  • 1/2 eggpalnt cube
  • 1 zucchini cubed
  • 80 g mushrooms quartered
  • 150 g Knorr pizza pasta sauce
  • 75 g tomato ketchup
  • 1 g salt pepper

  1. In a large pot heat oil. Add garlic, onion, bell pepper, eggplant, zucchini and mushrooms.

  2. fry until vegetables are medium cook .

  3. Add oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer for 1 minute.

  4. Add1 pack knorr pizza pasta sauce with 2 cup water and bring to boil

  5. Add tomato sauce and bring to a simmer. Simmer uncovered over low heat for 10 minutes.

  6. add cheese on top & garnish with parsley leaves.

  7. Serve with garlic bread or herbs rice

  8. Chef tips –you can add red wine wile cooking.
