  • vol au vent 200 grams
  • chopped onion 70 gram
  • mushroom sliced 75 gram
  • Knorr mushroom soup 48 gram
  • butter 5 gram
  • fresh cream 12 ml
  • milk 150 ml
  • grated cheese 15 gram optional
  • pinch of pepper 2 gram

  1. Heat the butter in a saucepan.

  2. Fry the mushrooms and onion, Keep stirring continually for 3 minutes

  3. Add 1 cup of milk and mix full pack of knorr mushroom soup and stir well.

  4. Cook for another 3-4 minutes. Remove from gas.

  5. Add fresh cream, cheese & pepper to mix well and keep aside. Let it cool.

  6. Spoon the mixture into each Vol au Vent case and replace the lids.

  7. Serve warm or cold with garnishing.
