Heat the butter in a saucepan.

Fry the mushrooms and onion, Keep stirring continually for 3 minutes

Add 1 cup of milk and mix full pack of knorr mushroom soup and stir well.

Cook for another 3-4 minutes. Remove from gas.

Add fresh cream, cheese & pepper to mix well and keep aside. Let it cool.

Spoon the mixture into each Vol au Vent case and replace the lids.

Serve warm or cold with garnishing.
