  • Knorr thai soup 46 gram
  • vegetable cubes zucchini carrot onion 100 gram
  • rice noodle dry 40 gram
  • coconut milk 70 ml
  • basil finely chopped 2 gram
  • roasted sesame oil 5 ml
  • garlic clove chopped 5 gram

Khao suey Burmese
  1. Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 5 minutes. Then remove the water, apply oil on the noodles and keep aside.

  2. Heat a pan. Add oil, chopped garlic and stir fry the noodles for 1 minute and keep aside.

  3. In 600 ml water, Add Knorr Thai soup. Cut vegetables into tiny cubes. Add the vegetables to the soup & bring to boil for 3 minute

  4. Add chopped basil leaves & coconut milk in hot soup and cook for 1 more minute

  5. In big bowl, Add stir fry noodles and pour soup along with vegetables on top.

  6. Serve with a compliment (fried onion, garlic slice, roasted peanut & boiled eggs)
