  • Knorr thick tomato soup 53 grams
  • tomato cucumber capsicum 100 grams
  • few drops Tabasco sauce 2 ml
  • lime juice 1/2 lime
  • salt for taste
  • roasted ground cumin 3 grams
  • basil leaves olivoil for granish few

  1. Make knorr tomato soup as per the direction on pack & keep aside until cold

  2. Combine tomato soup, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, green onion, ground cumin and garlic in a large bowl. Stir with salt.

  3. Place in a blender add ½ cup water. Cover and puree until smooth.

  4. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.

  5. Season cold soup with olive oil & basil on top
