  • 1 green chillies
  • salt to taste
  • 13 g ginger garlic paste
  • 300 g fish without bone to fry shredded
  • 20 g refined flour
  • 13 ml oil
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 70 g onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 450 ml oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup white breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 10 g coriander leaves chopped
  • 15 g finely chopped green capsicum
  • 5 gram finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 g fresh green chilli finely chopped
  • 30 g Knorr pizza pasta sauce
  • 30 g mayonnaise

  1. Put potatoes and fish in a mixer and mix in to coarse paste.

  2. Mix garlic, ginger paste , cut green chillies,

  3. Mix in turmeric powder, garam masala powder,

  4. Mix in the coriander leaves and salt, mix well, Put the fish.

  5. Mix well Divide the mixture in 6 equal sized portions and shape them into flat round cakes

  6. Dust the cakes in flour, then dip in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs.\

  7. Heat up oil and fry the fish cakes until golden brown

  8. Serve with knorr salsa
