Fiery Chicken and Mushroom

  • 300 g boneless chicken
  • 75 g fresh mushroom
  • 7 g cornflour
  • 1/2 pack Knorr chinese chilly
  • 15 ml oil
  • 1 green capsicum cube
  • 1 green chilli cut slice
  • 70 ml onion cube
  • 12 ml tomato ketchup

  1. Toss chicken cube in a mixture of cornflower & Knorr Chinese chilli mix

  2. Stir fry chicken cube in oil for 2 minutes

  3. Now add slice green chilli ,mushroom, capsicum and onion. Stir fry for 2 minutes

  4. add 2 tbsp water and 1 tbsp tomato ketchup and mix well

  5. Add fry chicken and mix well.

  6. Add cut spring onion for garnish.

  7. Serve with fried rice or make chapati Roll
