Chicken Stir Fry

  • 300 g boneless chicken
  • 1/2 pack Knorr chinese chilli
  • 6 g garlic cloves finely minced
  • 20 g green onions finely chopped
  • 5 ml sesame oil
  • 12 ml light soy sauce
  • 4 gram chilli paste
  • 1 egg
  • oil for stir frying

  1. Cut the chicken into cubes. Place in a bowl.

  2. Mix in cornflower, salt & eggs. Marinate for about 10 minutes.

  3. Heat wok and add oil. When oil is ready,

  4. Add the marinated chicken. Stir-fry on medium heat.

  5. Add the garlic and green onion.

  6. Add ½ pack of knorr chili mix and 1 cup of water. Cook for 5 minutes.

  7. Mix and Serve hot with rice.
