  • 13 g vegetable oil
  • 500 g chicken pieces skinned
  • 70 g onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh coriander
  • 25 ml black bean sauce
  • 53 g Knorr chinese manchurian
  • 5 ml vinegar
  • 12 ml oyster sauce
  • 5 ml sesame oil
  • 25 g spring onion chopped

  1. In a non stick pan heat oil over medium flame. Fry chicken for about 5minutes. Transfer to plate.

  2. Reduce heat to medium. Add chopped onion, coriander and cook, until onion is softened, then Stir in black-bean sauce and vinegar; cook for 1 minute.

  3. Add 2 cups of water add knorr Chinese Manchurian and mix well

  4. Bring to boil. Return chicken to pan; Reduce heat, cover and simmer,

  5. Add oyster sauce over the chicken, until chicken is cooked 5 to 10 minutes.

  6. Boil until thickened, about 1 minute. Sprinkle with sesame oil and green onions.
