VEG SOUP WITH PAPRIKA CROUTONS

  • 1 packet Knorr Thick Tomato soup/ Knorr Mixed Veg Soup/ Knorr Creamy Mushroom Soup / Knorr Chicken Delite Soup
  • 800 ml water
  • 2 slices of Multigrain Bread
  • 50 g cooked Rajma
  • 50 g finely chopped Spinach
  • 50 g of diced tomatoes
  • 25 g grated Cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil

  • 1 In a small bowl, mix vegetable oil and paprika. Coat the mixture evenly on the bread and cut into cubes of desired size.
  • 2 Pre-heat Air fryer at 180° C for 2- 3 minutes.
  • 3 Air fry the bread cubes at 160° C for 7 minutes or until crisp.
  • 4 In a pot, add water, cooked rajma, tomatoes, cottage cheese & spinach, followed by Knorr soup of your choice & cook for about 8 minutes.
  • 5 Enjoy these crunchy croutons with the vegetable soup of your choice!
