- 1 packet Knorr Thick Tomato soup/ Knorr Mixed Veg Soup/ Knorr Creamy Mushroom Soup / Knorr Chicken Delite Soup
- 800 ml water
- 2 slices of Multigrain Bread
- 50 g cooked Rajma
- 50 g finely chopped Spinach
- 50 g of diced tomatoes
- 25 g grated Cottage cheese
- 2 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
In a small bowl, mix vegetable oil and paprika. Coat the mixture evenly on the bread and cut into cubes of desired size.
Pre-heat Air fryer at 180° C for 2- 3 minutes.
Air fry the bread cubes at 160° C for 7 minutes or until crisp.
In a pot, add water, cooked rajma, tomatoes, cottage cheese & spinach, followed by Knorr soup of your choice & cook for about 8 minutes.
Enjoy these crunchy croutons with the vegetable soup of your choice!
