  • 600 ml water
  • ½ packet Knorr Classic Thick Tomato Soup
  • 25 g chopped garlic
  • 20 ml concentrated tamarind pulp
  • 20 g tomatoes cut into 4
  • 2 tbsp. of curry leaves
  • 2 tsp. coriander powder
  • 1 tsp. mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp. oil

  • 1 Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. .
  • 2 Let it crackle. Add curry leaves, coriander powder and sauté.
  • 3 Add chopped garlic and sauté it further.
  • 4 Add the tomato and Knorr Classic Thick Tomato Soup to the mixture
  • 5 Add water and bring it to a boil.
  • 6 Cook the soup until thick in consistency.
  • 7 Lastly, add the concentrated tamarind pulp, and stir well.
  • 8 This sour and spicy soup can be served hot with boiled rice!
