- 4 cups Okra (Bhindi)- clean, wiped and slit length wise
- 4 tbsp gram flour
- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp Knorr Chef’s Royal Vegetable Masala
- salt To taste
- Cumin seeds 0.1 gm
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp chat masala
heat 1 tbsp oil in pan,add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté well.
Add gram flour, red chili powder,coriander powder, Knorr Chef’s Royal Vegetable Masala, salt to taste and saute for 2 minutes
Lower the flame, pour the tomato ketchup and mix well.
Now stuff the mixture in each of the split Okra.
Heat remaining oil in a pan and shallow fry the Okra
Close the lid and cook until the Okra softens.
Sprinkle chat masala, serve hot and enjoy!
