  • 2 to 3 potatoes, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • ¾ cup green peas
  • ¾ cup green beans, chopped
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 to 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • Salt To taste
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Knorr Chef’s Royal Vegetable masala
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves

  • 1 In a kadai heat oil and add cumin seeds for tempering.
  • 2 Now add fine chopped onion and cook till light brown.
  • 3 Add fine chopped tomato and cook till masala leaves oil.
  • 4 Add ginger and garlic paste and cook well.
  • 5 Add salt to taste, red chili powder, coriander powder and mix well.
  • 6 Add potato, carrot, french beans and mix well. Cover and cook. Add 2 cup (300 ml) water in between while mixing so that the vegetables do not stick on the bottom of the kadai.
  • 7 When cooked, add green peas and mix well. Cover and cook until done.
  • 8 Add 1 tbsp of Knorr Chef's Royal Vegetable masala -mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 9 Cover with a lid.
  • 10 Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot and enjoy!
