- 2 to 3 potatoes, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- ¾ cup green peas
- ¾ cup green beans, chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 to 3 tomatoes, chopped
- Salt To taste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp Knorr Chef’s Royal Vegetable masala
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves
In a kadai heat oil and add cumin seeds for tempering.
Now add fine chopped onion and cook till light brown.
Add fine chopped tomato and cook till masala leaves oil.
Add ginger and garlic paste and cook well.
Add salt to taste, red chili powder, coriander powder and mix well.
Add potato, carrot, french beans and mix well. Cover and cook. Add 2 cup (300 ml) water in between while mixing so that the vegetables do not stick on the bottom of the kadai.
When cooked, add green peas and mix well. Cover and cook until done.
Add 1 tbsp of Knorr Chef's Royal Vegetable masala -mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Cover with a lid.
Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot and enjoy!
