  • 120 g paneer juliennes
  • 15 g sliced onions
  • 15 g green capsicum
  • 15 g sliced tomato
  • 10 ml cooking oil
  • 5 g jeera whole
  • 5 g Knorr Onion Tomato (Kadhai) Base Sauce
  • 30 g Knorr tomato makhani base sauce
  • 2 g chilli powder
  • 2 g garam masala
  • salt
  • 20 g butter
  • 10 ml fresh cream
  • 2 g Kasturi methi
  • 5 g sugar
  • 5 g chopped coriander
  • 1 Take some butter and oil in pan in a pan, and start heating it.
  • 2 add jeera and when it crackles
  • 3 Add slices of onion and capsicum ,tomatoes one after another for 40 seconds.
  • 4 Reserve some sauted onions and capsicum and tomatoes for garnish.
  • 5 Add the prepared Knorr Onion Tomato base, add, chilli powder, garam masala Pd and sauté for 30 seconds.
  • 6 Add Knorr makhani gravy , add salt as required.
  • 7 Add strips of paneer in the gravy.
  • 8 Mix well with a spoon.
  • 9 Finish off with butter and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and a dash of cream.
