- 120 g paneer juliennes
- 15 g sliced onions
- 15 g green capsicum
- 15 g sliced tomato
- 10 ml cooking oil
- 5 g jeera whole
- 5 g Knorr Onion Tomato (Kadhai) Base Sauce
- 30 g Knorr tomato makhani base sauce
- 2 g chilli powder
- 2 g garam masala
- 20 g butter
- 10 ml fresh cream
- 2 g Kasturi methi
- 5 g sugar
- 5 g chopped coriander
Take some butter and oil in pan in a pan, and start heating it.
add jeera and when it crackles
Add slices of onion and capsicum ,tomatoes one after another for 40 seconds.
Reserve some sauted onions and capsicum and tomatoes for garnish.
Add the prepared Knorr Onion Tomato base, add, chilli powder, garam masala Pd and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add Knorr makhani gravy , add salt as required.
Add strips of paneer in the gravy.
Mix well with a spoon.
Finish off with butter and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and a dash of cream.
