  • 800 g chicken leg boneless
  • 40 g ginger and garlic paste
  • 60 g red chilli paste
  • salt to taste
  • 10 g Knorr lime seasoning
  • 300 g hung curd
  • 3 g garam masala powder
  • 30 ml oil

  • 1 Cut chicken into tikka size.
  • 2 Then pat dry the chicken pieces with a dry duster.
  • 3 Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, lime juice and salt for 30 minutes.
  • 4 Make a marinade with the thick curd, salt, ginger garlic paste, chili paste, garam masala powder and oil.
  • 5 Marinate the chicken tikka.
  • 6 Keep aside for 3-4 hours.
  • 7 Cook in tandoor till done.
  • 8 Serve hot.
