WHAT YOU'LL NEED
800 g chicken leg boneless
40 g ginger and garlic paste
60 g red chilli paste
salt to taste
10 g Knorr lime seasoning
300 g hung curd
3 g garam masala powder
30 ml oil

Cut chicken into tikka size.

Then pat dry the chicken pieces with a dry duster.

Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, lime juice and salt for 30 minutes.

Make a marinade with the thick curd, salt, ginger garlic paste, chili paste, garam masala powder and oil.

Marinate the chicken tikka.

Keep aside for 3-4 hours.

Cook in tandoor till done.

Serve hot.
