  • 3 nos fresh red chilies thick
  • 3 nos green chillies thick
  • 20 g garlic cloves peeled
  • 5 g salt
  • 500 ml water
  • 5 g Knorr lime seasoning

  • 1 Boil water in a thick bottomed pan and add Knorr Lime Seasoning and stir to blend well.
  • 2 Simmer for 2-3 minutes Remove from heat and keep aside to cool.
  • 3 Take a sterilized glass bottle and alternately layer a portion of mixed pepper and garlic, and a solution of salt, sugar and boiled lime water till whole portion is consumed.
  • 4 Close the lid and keep the bottle in the sun and serve as dip sauce or dressing for salads
