Boil water in a thick bottomed pan and add sugar and stir to blend well, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add Knorr Lime Seasoning and stir for a minute to blend.

Remove from heat and keep aside to cool.

In a pitcher or bowl stir lemon syrup and mineral water together and pour in an ice-cream maker and freeze for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or as per the manufacturer instructions.

Serve garnished with twist of lemon peel.
