  • 40 g Knorr lime seasoning
  • 100 ml water
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 ml carbonated mineral water
  • 4-6 strips lemon zest for garnish

  • 1 Boil water in a thick bottomed pan and add sugar and stir to blend well, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 2 Add Knorr Lime Seasoning and stir for a minute to blend.
  • 3 Remove from heat and keep aside to cool.
  • 4 In a pitcher or bowl stir lemon syrup and mineral water together and pour in an ice-cream maker and freeze for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or as per the manufacturer instructions.
  • 5 Serve garnished with twist of lemon peel.
