WHAT YOU'LL NEED
3 cups water
15 g Knorr lime seasoning
a small clove garlic
a small piece ginger
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
a small pinch cumin
a few sprigs coriander leaves
salt to taste

Let's Get Cooking

Crush garlic, ginger, cum in and coriander seeds together.

Mix with Knorr Lime Seasoning, water, salt, turmeric and coriander leaves.

Bring to a boil.

Simmer for a few minutes.

Remove from fire.

Heat oil, add curry leaves, broken red chilli, asafoetida and mustard seeds.

As seeds crackle, pour rasam into the pan.

Reheat and remove.
