- ½ kg chicken, medium size pieces
- 1 medium size onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 green chili, slit
- Sprig of curry leaves
- 2.5 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- ½ tbsp Lemon juice
- 1.5 tbsp Knorr Chef’s Chicken Masala Salt
Clean chicken and marinate with coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder,ginger-garlic paste and Knorr Chef’s Chicken Masala.
Heat oil in pan, add curry leaves and sliced onion and allow it to cook until golden brown
Add slit green chilies and marinated chicken
Stir-fry until chicken is thoroughly cooked
Sprinkle pepper powder, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
Serve hot with green chutney!
