  • 1 medium size onion, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 green chili, slit
  • Sprig of curry leaves
  • 2.5 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • ½ tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1.5 tbsp Knorr Chef’s Chicken Masala Salt

  • 1 Clean chicken and marinate with coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder,ginger-garlic paste and Knorr Chef’s Chicken Masala.
  • 2 Heat oil in pan, add curry leaves and sliced onion and allow it to cook until golden brown
  • 3 Add slit green chilies and marinated chicken
  • 4 Stir-fry until chicken is thoroughly cooked
  • 5 Sprinkle pepper powder, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  • 6 Serve hot with green chutney!
