- 1 packet Knorr Thick Tomato Soup
- 850 ml of Water
- 100 g Tomato
- 50 g onion, roughly chopped
- 35 g potato, cubed
- 30 g Beetroot
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. small dried red chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp. of lemon juice
- 6 peppercorns
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 pinch fresh or dried thyme
Heat oil in a saucepan, add spices and herbs and sauté onions until golden brown.
Boil potato, tomato, beetroot along with 850 ml of water.
Once cooked, cool and blend the vegetables.
Pour this mixture in the saucepan containing water and mix in the Knorr Thick Tomato Soup.
Simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot!
