  • 1 packet Knorr Thick Tomato Soup
  • 850 ml of Water
  • 100 g Tomato
  • 50 g onion, roughly chopped
  • 35 g potato, cubed
  • 30 g Beetroot
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. small dried red chilies, chopped
  • 1 tsp. of lemon juice
  • 6 peppercorns
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 pinch fresh or dried thyme

  • 1 Heat oil in a saucepan, add spices and herbs and sauté onions until golden brown.
  • 2 Boil potato, tomato, beetroot along with 850 ml of water.
  • 3 Once cooked, cool and blend the vegetables.
  • 4 Pour this mixture in the saucepan containing water and mix in the Knorr Thick Tomato Soup.
  • 5 Simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot!
  • 6 The soup serves as a delicious accompaniment to your favourite homemade sandwich!
