- 15 nos green chillies
- 100 g coriander leaves
- 30 g Jaggery
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- 50 g garlic
- 7 g Knorr lime seasoning
- 2 tbsp sev
- salt to taste
- asafoetida to taste
Put all the ingredients, except oil and asafoetida in a small mixer.
Heat the oil and add the asafetida. Add it to the mixer.
Grind till a smooth chutney is obtained.
Try using no water or as little as possible to make the chutney for storage.
Add water as and when required when using.
Store in a clean glass bottle.
Note: Sev is a fried Indian snack made of gramflour.
