  • 350g Chicken drumstick
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • 4-5 Garlic pods, chopped
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp Processed cheese grated
  • 1 packet Knorr Mexican Tomato Corn soup
  • Salt To taste
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Basil chopped
  • 1 carrot, batons
  • 1 capsicum, cubes

  • 1 Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper powder and grill until the chicken is cooked and tender.
  • 2 Add some unsalted butter in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and sauté till the garlic is translucent. Add chopped onion into this and sauté further.
  • 3 Add carrot batons and capsicum cubes -sauté well.
  • 4 In another pan, empty the entire content of Knorr Mexican Tomato Corn Soup,add 4 cups ( 600 ml) of water .
  • 5 Place the pan on heat and bring it to boil while stirring continuously to avoid lumps .
  • 6 Simmer for 3 minutes .
  • 7 Add the vegetables and grilled chicken to the soup,cook for another minute till the sauce has coated the chicken and vegetables nicely .
  • 8 Garnish with freshly chopped basil.
  • 9 Serve hot and enjoy!
