  • Rawas fish (Indian salmon)
  • 1 ½ tbsp. Knorr Chef's chicken masala
  • 3 tbsp mustard oil
  • 2 to 3 medium size chopped onion
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • ½ tbsp. ginger garlic paste
  • ¼ cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 no green chilli slit
  • Salt To taste
  • 1tbsp coriander chopped

  • 1 In a kadhai heat the mustard oil, add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter.
  • 2 Add chopped onion and sauté well
  • 3 Add ginger-garlic paste and mix well, add chopped tomatoes, Slit green chili and sauté until done.
  • 4 Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, Knorr Chef’s Chicken Masala and salt to taste.
  • 5 Add the coconut milk to the mix along with 1 cup water (150 ml)
  • 6 Add the fish and cook for 15 minutes
  • 7 Remove from the heat and serve hot with a garnish of freshly chopped coriander leaves!
  • 8 This dish is best had with kolam or boiled rice. Enjoy!.
