  • 250g Button mushrooms, cubes
  • 1 to 2 onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • ½ cup curd
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • salt To taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 Add oil in pan, add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter, add onion and sauté till it is translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté further.
  • 2 Add chopped tomatoes and Knorr Royal Vegetable Masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste.
  • 3 Add the cubed mushroom and sauté for 5 minutes.
  • 4 Lower the flame, add curd and 1/2 cup water (75 ml).
  • 5 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • 6 Serve hot!
