CHICKEN SANDWICH

These Chinese styled mini sandwiches are not only easy to prepare but also an easy pleaser for even the most finicky eater.

  • 8 Sandwich Bread slices
  • ¼ kg boneless chicken breast
  • 1 sliced Tomato
  • 1 sliced Cucumber
  • 1 sliced Onion
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • Salt To taste
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 sliced capsicum
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Knorr Chef’s Chicken Masala 8
  • 1 tbsp Yoghurt

  • 1 Make thin strips of chicken and marinate with 1 tbsp of Knorr Chef’s chicken masala and 1 tbsp of yoghurt.
  • 2 Heat oil in pan add sauté chicken.
  • 3 Spread butter and mayonnaise on the bread slices
  • 4 Place the slices of cucumber, tomatoes, onion and shredded lettuce.
  • 5 Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  • 6 Add chicken strips and place another slice of bread on top.
  • 7 Place the sandwich on a hot tawa and toast from both sides.
  • 8 Serve hot along with Kissan ketchup!
