- 8 Sandwich Bread slices
- ¼ kg boneless chicken breast
- 1 sliced Tomato
- 1 sliced Cucumber
- 1 sliced Onion
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- Salt To taste
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 sliced capsicum
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Knorr Chef’s Chicken Masala 8
- 1 tbsp Yoghurt
Make thin strips of chicken and marinate with 1 tbsp of Knorr Chef’s chicken masala and 1 tbsp of yoghurt.
Heat oil in pan add sauté chicken.
Spread butter and mayonnaise on the bread slices
Place the slices of cucumber, tomatoes, onion and shredded lettuce.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Add chicken strips and place another slice of bread on top.
Place the sandwich on a hot tawa and toast from both sides.
Serve hot along with Kissan ketchup!
