CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

Hot and spicy, this hearty soup made from juicy chicken comes with the added taste of yummy noodles.

  • ½ a packet of Knorr Hot & Sour Soup
  • 800 ml of water
  • 80 g shredded chicken
  • 60 g of Chinese noodles
  • 2 tbsp. sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp. of spring onion finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. hot pepper powder
  • ½ tsp. black pepper

  • 1 Pressure cook the chicken in water.
  • 2 Add the noodles, mushrooms and Knorr Hot & Sour Soup to the boiling stock.
  • 3 Add spices and chopped spring onion
  • 4 Stir well but do not let the noddle strands break or tangle.
  • 5 Once done, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and enjoy the Chinese twist to your soup!
