- ½ a packet Knorr Classic Thick Tomato Soup
- 800 ml water
- 100 g carrot
- 50 g mashed avocado
- 25 g chopped garlic
- 20 g chopped onion
- 10 g chopped celery
- 5 g butter
- Bouquet garni
- • ½ tsp. Pepper (ground)
- • ½ tsp. Bay leaves
Pressure cook carrot in water.
Once done, separate the carrot and blend it to a puree.
Melt butter in a pan, add chopped garlic, onions and sauté.
Sprinkle the bouquet garni, followed by celery.
Mix in the Knorr Classic Thick Tomato Soup and the remaining water.
Add the carrot puree and mashed avocado and cook to a soupy consistency.
Serve hot with fresh crunchy carrot sticks.
