  • ½ kg Lady’s finger, cut into half
  • ½ tbsp cumin seeds
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1-2 Green chillies, split
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp dry Mango powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Knorr Chef’s channa masala
  • Salt To taste
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp vegetable oil
