  • ½ kg Lady’s finger, cut into half
  • ½ tbsp cumin seeds
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1-2 Green chillies, split
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp dry Mango powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Knorr Chef’s channa masala
  • Salt To taste
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 Wash and dry lady’s finger, cut both ends and cut into two inch long pieces horizontally.
  • 2 Heat oil in a kadhai and add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter. Add sliced onion and sauté till golden brown.
  • 3 Add green chillies and sauté for half a minute.
  • 4 Add lady’s finger and sprinkle red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder. Knorr Chef’s Chana Masala powder. Add a half cup of water (75ml).
  • 5 Cook covered over low flame while stirring occasionally.
  • 6 add salt to taste and dried mango powder.
  • 7 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • 8 Serve hot!
