- ½ kg Lady’s finger, cut into half
- ½ tbsp cumin seeds
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1-2 Green chillies, split
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 2 tbsp dry Mango powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp Knorr Chef’s channa masala
- Salt To taste
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Wash and dry lady’s finger, cut both ends and cut into two inch long pieces horizontally.
Heat oil in a kadhai and add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter. Add sliced onion and sauté till golden brown.
Add green chillies and sauté for half a minute.
Add lady’s finger and sprinkle red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder. Knorr Chef’s Chana Masala powder. Add a half cup of water (75ml).
Cook covered over low flame while stirring occasionally.
add salt to taste and dried mango powder.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
