- 2 Brinjal
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 medium Tomatoes, chopped
- Salt To taste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp Fresh coriander
- 1.5 tbsp Knorr Chef’s Chana masala
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Roast the brinjals on medium flame till well cooked and the skin is charred completely
cool, peel and mash the brinjals.
Heat oil in kadhai and sauté chopped onion until golden brown.
Add tomatoes salt , chilli powder, Knorr Chef’s Chana Masala Powder and sauté till the masala is cooked and oil separates.
Add mashed brinjal and mix well.
Cook on low heat and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
