  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 3 tbsp Coriander leave
  • 1 Green chilli, finely chopped
  • 2 Cups Fenugreek leaves
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • ½ tsp Red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Knorr Chef’s Royal vegetable mix 8 grams
  • Salt To taste
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • ½ chopped Onion
  • 3 to 4 medium size potatoes peeled and boiled (cut into cubes)

  • 1 Wash peel and cut potatoes into small 1 inch cubes
  • 2 Heat oil in pan over medium heat
  • 3 Add cumin seeds and allow it to splutter
  • 4 Add chopped onion and sauté till it turns translucent
  • 5 Turn down heat to slow and add ginger-garlic paste
  • 6 Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, Knorr Chef’s Royal vegetable masala, salt and green chillies
  • 7 Add chopped tomatoes, fenugreek leaves and sauté well for 3 minutes
  • 8 Add diced potatoes and cooked for 10 minutes while stirring in between every 2 mins
  • 9 Pour one and a half glass of water (250 ml)
  • 10 Cook till vegetables are done
  • 11 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
