- ½ a packet of Knorr Hot & Sour Soup
- 800 ml of water
- 80 g shredded chicken
- 60 g of Chinese noodles
- 2 tbsp. sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. of spring onion finely chopped
- 2 tsp. hot pepper powder
- ½ tsp. black pepper
Pressure cook the chicken in water.
Add the noodles, mushrooms and Knorr Hot & Sour Soup to the boiling stock.
Add spices and chopped spring onion
Stir well but do not let the noddle strands break or tangle.
Once done, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and enjoy the Chinese twist to your soup!
